About the program

At Talaria our purpose is to Help people and communities enjoy a more certain financial future.

And for over 17 years we have been doing just that. Delivering high levels of consistent income, lower market risk and greater certainty of returns through our unique approach to global equity investing.

The Talaria Student Development Program is a finance led internship for university students from any degree; whether it be Humanities, Creative Arts, Engineering, Sciences, Medicine, Education – the opportunity is open to all.

The program will offer valuable insights into what a career in a dynamic part of the financial services industry – funds management – could look like. It is a paid internship over the course of three consecutive weeks.

No prior experience in Finance is required – just a great attitude, ambition, and love for learning!

As part of the Student Development Program, you will:

  • Spend time rotating through our Investment, Operations and Marketing & Distribution teams
  • Be assigned a mentor to help you through the program
  • Learn from senior business leaders in our team
  • Develop your technical and soft skills
  • Be invited to join the Talaria Alumni Network
