Talaria offers highly flexible working arrangements to support balance across work, personal life and caregiving responsibilities, including generous annual leave:
- 5 weeks of annual leave
- Industry-leading parental leave, including:
- 14 weeks paid at full salary or 28 weeks at half salary for primary carers
- 2 weeks paid leave for non-primary carers

Student Development Programs
Talaria’s Student Development Program is designed to give university students a practical, real-world introduction to the wealth management industry.
We offer two distinct programs, each running twice a year and timed to align with Australian university breaks. Students can take part in A Taste of Finance Workshop, a one-day immersive introduction to the world of finance, or apply for our Student Placement Program, a paid three-week placement that provides hands-on experience working on real business projects alongside industry professionals.
