Who is Talaria?

As one of Australia’s fastest growing investment managers, with over $2.5bn in funds under management, we are now looking for a new operations analyst with ideally 3+ years’ experience to join our business management team.
Who we’re looking for?
Whatever your academic background be it in Humanities, Arts, Sciences, Mathematics, or Engineering, and your prior experience, whether in buy-side, sell-side, investment banking or professional services, we are interested in your unique perspective, problem-solving skills and intellect.
That said you do need to have familiarity with investment operations in some capacity before. We are seeking individuals who have the following qualities:
To excel in this role, you should enjoy working collaboratively within a Globally experienced team that sits at the core of the Talaria business. You will be expected to seize the unique learning opportunity to cement your knowledge of exactly how funds management works from the inside out and quickly take ownership of wide-ranging critical responsibilities that reside within the Talaria business team.
The opportunity
As an operations analyst you will be an integral part of our business team, actively contributing to a myriad of responsibilities via your investigative capabilities, curiosity and commitment to solving problems.
Both investment team and our sales & marketing team will be your internal clients relying on you to provide reliable and timely support to their work. External counterpart relationship skills are vital to successfully manage multiple relationships and elicit time sensitive responses to enable effective risk management.
